Apps or sites that use AI to make a fake nude image from a normal photo of someone.
Some guys in our grade were passing around a nudify app.
For parents and educators
The photos are often taken from public social media. Using one on a classmate creates illegal material in Canada, even if it is fake, and it is used to humiliate and extort. Talk with your child before it comes up, including boys, who are often the ones pressured to share.
