In manosphere talk, being "red-pilled" means believing you have discovered a hidden truth that women are manipulative and that feminism oppresses men. "Blue pill" means everyone who has not.
For parents and educators
Some kids repeat it from fitness or money videos without knowing the background. Sweeping claims about how "all women" act are the sign to listen for. Internet Matters suggests letting everyone share opinions rather than lecturing, and asking where they heard an idea.
