A warning that a strange or unpopular opinion is coming. As a noun, someone's "hear me out" is an odd crush, often a cartoon or game character.

Okay hear me out: pineapple on pizza is elite. Also my hear me out is the dad from that cartoon.

For parents and educators

Harmless and usually silly. The crush version is about fictional characters, not real people.

An old phrase. The crush version took off on TikTok in 2023 and 2024.
